Refund and Return Policy

We stand behind what we make. If something isn't right, we'll fix it.

30-day satisfaction guarantee

If you try Redi and it isn't for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@redisupps.com and we'll refund your order. You don't need to send anything back — keep the product or pass it along to someone who might like it.

This applies once per customer, to your first order of a given product. It covers you whether the bag is opened or unopened, and it applies to discounted orders at the price you paid.

Damaged or defective product

If your order arrives damaged, if sticks inside the bag are torn or leaking, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days at info@redisupps.com with photos of the product and packaging. We'll send a replacement at no charge or refund you, whichever you prefer. Damage claims aren't limited to one per customer.

Unopened returns

If your bag is unopened and you'd like to send it back within 30 days, contact us and we'll provide a prepaid return label. Once we receive and inspect it, we'll refund your original payment method.

Don't ship anything back without contacting us first — we can't process returns we aren't expecting.

What we can't accept

Gift cards are non-refundable. We also can't accept returns on opened product outside the satisfaction guarantee or a damage claim, since we're not able to resell it.

Subscriptions

You can skip, pause, or cancel a Subscribe & Save order anytime from your account. Changes need to be made before your next order processes — once an order has been charged and shipped, it falls under the standard terms above.

Refund timing

Once your refund is approved, we'll process it within 3–5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take another 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven't seen it, contact us at info@redisupps.com.
