The Formula

BUILT ON
physiology,
NOT HYPE.

Most hydration products are built around marketing. Redi Supplements is built around how your body actually loses and absorbs electrolytes — and what it takes to put them back the right way.

01
Form Matters

Not all magnesium is equal. Not all calcium is equal. The form of a mineral affects how well your body absorbs it — so we skipped the cheapest versions and chose forms with a better absorption track record.

02
Ratios Are Everything

A long day doesn't drain sodium alone — you lose a mix of electrolytes. Leaning on any one mineral doesn't cover that, so every stick includes all five in deliberate ratios.

03
No Hidden Doses

Proprietary blends let companies list impressive ingredients without disclosing how little they actually include. We don't use them. Every amount is printed on the supplement facts panel, on every product page, before you buy.

The Foundation

WHAT A LONG DAY
ACTUALLY TAKES.

You lose electrolytes through sweat, but also through everything else a long day asks of you — hours on your feet, skipped breaks, dry air, coffee instead of water. Here's what leaves, and why drinking more water alone doesn't put it back.

The main one lost in sweat

Sodium is the electrolyte you lose most through sweat, and it's central to how your body holds onto water. That's why plain water on its own doesn't restore the balance after a long, sweaty day.

Works hand-in-hand with sodium

Think of sodium and potassium as a team. Sodium works outside your cells, potassium works inside them. Together they control how your muscles contract and your nerves send signals. Replace one without the other and you've only done half the job.

Cofactor in 300+ enzyme systems

Magnesium helps run more than 300 enzyme systems in the body, including the ones behind energy production and normal muscle and nerve function. Many adults don't get enough from diet alone.

Muscle contraction trigger

Most people think of calcium as a bone thing. But it's also part of how your muscles contract. Many hydration products leave it out. We didn't.

Fluid volume partner

Chloride is the other half of salt — it travels with sodium and helps your body hold onto the right amount of fluid. In Redi, it comes from the Pink Himalayan Sea Salt and the Potassium Chloride in every stick.

Source Quality

THE DIFFERENCE
is in the form.

The cheapest mineral forms keep costs down, but they aren't always the best absorbed. Here's what we chose, and why.

01
Sodium + Chloride Source

Unrefined sea salt that supplies the sodium and chloride pairing your body uses to manage fluid balance. It's the foundation of the formula, since sodium is the electrolyte you lose most.

02
Magnesium Source

Magnesium oxide, the cheapest form, dissolves poorly and is absorbed less well than more soluble forms. We use Dimagnesium Malate instead, which pairs magnesium with malic acid, a compound your body already uses in energy production.

03
Calcium Source

Calcium carbonate, the cheaper and more common form, absorbs best with food because it relies on stomach acid. Calcium citrate absorbs well with or without a meal, which suits a drink you might have on an empty stomach mid-shift.

04
Potassium Source

We chose this form specifically because it delivers both potassium and chloride in a single compound — the same pairing your body naturally uses to manage fluid levels. It's not just about the potassium number. It's about giving your body the full picture it needs to stay in balance.

Everything Else On The Panel

Beyond the electrolytes and their sources: Malic Acid and Tartaric Acid for tartness, Natural Flavors, Stevia Leaf Extract for sweetness without sugar, and Silicon Dioxide to keep the powder from clumping. That's the whole list for Replenish. Amplify adds the caffeine blend, Alpha GPC and NMN covered below. Every ingredient here is defined in our glossary.

Amplify Exclusive

BEYOND
HYDRATION.

Amplify adds three ingredients on top of the full electrolyte formula: a dual caffeine blend for energy, plus Alpha GPC and NMN. Here's what each one is, and how much is in every stick.

Energy
Dual Caffeine Blend

Caffeine Citrate and Caffeine Anhydrous — two forms of caffeine for a steady, reliable lift through a long shift.

350mg total caffeine per stick
Focus

Alpha GPC is a well-absorbed source of choline — the building block your body uses to make acetylcholine, a chemical messenger between nerve cells.

Cellular Energy

NMN is a precursor to NAD+, the coenzyme your cells use to turn fuel into usable energy. We source it at 98% purity — included for the cellular side of energy, supporting the caffeine and choline that carry the load.

Before you reach for Amplify

Each stick contains 350mg of caffeine — roughly four cups of coffee. Do not exceed one stick per day, and don't combine it with other caffeine sources. Not for use by anyone under 18, pregnant or nursing, or sensitive to caffeine. If you have a heart condition or take medication, check with your doctor first. Take it early in your shift.

Want the electrolytes without the caffeine? Replenish is caffeine-free.

"I spent years as a commercial diver — long days, hard conditions, no such thing as an easy shift. Everything marketed to me was built for the gym, underdosed, or hiding behind a proprietary blend. So we made the one I actually wanted to drink."
