When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, then arrive in 5–7. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
How much is shipping?
Free on orders of $85 or more. Under that, it's a flat $9.97 anywhere in the contiguous US.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS and UPS. The carrier is determined based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to international shipping — stay tuned.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can update the address. Email us at info@redisupps.com as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll resolve it quickly — replacement or refund, no hassle.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
